Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that any products that are customised with branding (including but not limited to your company logo and/or name) can not be returned or exchanged. Once you have confirmed and approved your customisation, it means you have given us permission to proceed with manufacturing and thus your product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and details on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue. Our team will inspect the product(s) to confirm if the product(s) is defective, damaged or incorrect.
For defective or incorrect items, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Customised items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless the item is defective or faulty, in which case your rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply.
Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Our team will inspect the product and it's conditions before approving any exchange. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
South African Cooling-Off Period (CPA)
In terms of the South African Consumer Protection Act, if you purchased goods through our website as a result of direct or online marketing, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without providing a reason.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Direct costs of returning the goods may be for your account unless the goods are defective.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the cost of standard delivery, where applicable.
