Our team will be in contact with you once you placed your order to confirm stock availability and give you an accurate estimation of lead time.
Our standard lead time is 3–4 weeks, this is to ensure enough time for manufacturing if we do not have stock of your product(s). Please ensure you place your order in advance to avoid delays.
However, we keep stock of most items. If your product is available in stock, orders may be processed within 3–5 working days.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement, as your order may have already been processed.

Products must be in original, unused condition.
All returns will be inspected. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration, the return will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
All courier/delivery costs for returns are for the customer’s account.
