4 - 6 Weeks from Date of Deposit Received

Custom products require dedicated production line scheduling, jig manufacturing, and setup before fabrication can begin.

Since each custom order involves tooling and planning, we schedule jobs carefully to maintain quality and efficiency.

We also build in buffer time to avoid disappointment — allowing for material lead times, production workload, and any unforeseen equipment breakdowns or delays. This ensures we deliver reliably rather than overpromise and underdeliver.

Each custom item requires dedicated setup in our production line.

Before manufacturing can begin, we often need to design and make specific jigs and tooling to ensure accuracy and consistency. This setup takes time, labour, and material, regardless of the order size.

A minimum order quantity allows us to cover these setup costs and keep custom products cost-effective while maintaining production efficiency and quality.

We request a 50% deposit on the full order before production begins.

We will manufacture a sample first and make any necessary adjustments until the customer is satisfied. Once approved, we proceed with manufacturing the complete order.

This process ensures that development, tooling, and production setup costs are covered, allowing us to commit fully to the project with confidence.
